monochromatic pink

How about monochromatic pink cards?

To be honest pink is not my favourite colour, but for upcoming challenges it was good to dig out some pink forgotten stuff like foam sticky hearts from Amsterdam (bought March 2011) and Chinese plastic jewellery from ending-summer sale (bought August 2011).

Perfect for valentines, wedding or wedding anniversary.

Plastic leaves, wooden flowers, foam heart and die cuts.

stamps and real shells 😉

And all this components create a beautiful (I hope!) card in Shabby Chic and Vintage Style (I think).

And I like it so much!!! 🙂

Sending this for three challenges:

1. “Monochromatic pink” in Paper Concept

It was very good lesson for my as well to find out about a different styles and try to define my own, thanks! 😉

2. “Colours palette” in Skarbnica Pomyslow

3. “Colour: red and/or pink” in LoveToCreate

  1. Your card is lovely…the hearts and those sparkly leaves really pop right off the page. I love that you made this with things you already owned…very pretty card and totally shabby chic!

  2. Wow! So fun to look at all of the detail in your card, Katie. Definitely a vintage feel to your card-very art nouveaux-ish. Beautiful work! So glad you could join us at The Card Concept this week.
